A .ma domain follows a strict lifecycle driven by ANRT. Payment does not mean activation: every step is validated by the registry.
Common statuses
- active — in service.
- pendingCreate — request under review.
- pendingTransfer — transfer in progress.
- redemptionPeriod — expired, recoverable.
- clientTransferProhibited — transfer locked.

ANRT is still reviewing the request: missing documents, inconsistent details or a reserved term. Even paid, the domain stays inactive until the registry validates it.
